Terms and Conditions
AirPlayne Games · Last updated: 18 October 2026
1. The app
AirPlayne Games ("the app") lets nearby iPhones chat and play games together over Bluetooth and Wi‑Fi without internet. The app is made by Davit Ghushchyan ("we"). By using the app you agree to these terms.
2. Free play, Unlimited and codes
Every phone gets 5 hours of free gameplay. After that, games stay open for 24 hours, then starting or joining a game needs AirPlayne Unlimited: an auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscription bought through the App Store. One subscriber in a room unlocks games for everyone connected to that room. A promo code grants a number of days of access on the phone that redeems it; codes can be limited or withdrawn at any time. Chat and connecting stay free.
3. Subscriptions
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies. Prices may vary by country and may change; a change applies from the next renewal.
Your use of the app is also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
4. Fair use
Do not use the app to harass other players, to break the law, or to interfere with the service (for example by tampering with free-play or code records). We may update, limit or discontinue features at any time.
5. Privacy
The app has no accounts. Your display name, chat messages and game moves travel directly between the connected phones and are stored only on those phones. The app records anonymous usage data (which games are started and finished, how long they last, when the paywall is shown, purchases and redeemed codes) through Google Firebase to improve the app; this data is tied to an anonymous device identifier, not to your name. The App Store handles payments; we never see your payment details. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
6. No warranty
The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost games, lost connections or any indirect damage from using the app.
